First Impressions & Overview
Check-in was smooth and the lobby set the tone right away. Modern design, calm atmosphere, and a team that greeted us properly the moment we walked in.
The hotel has that boutique feel without losing the practical side of a 4-star property. Nothing felt rushed or impersonal, and the staff were attentive without being intrusive.
Location & Accessibility

This is where the Noa Hotel earns most of its score. The hotel sits a minute’s walk from Thessaloniki Port and within easy reach of the Ladadika district, known for its restaurants and nightlife.
Aristotelous Square is about a 12 minute walk away, and the White Tower is roughly 1.4 km along the waterfront promenade. For a city like Greece‘s second-largest, this is about as central as it gets. If you want the full picture of what is within reach, our complete Thessaloniki city guide covers all the major sights along this same stretch.
The tradeoff is car access. There is no drop-off point directly in front of the hotel, so plan for that before you arrive.
The Room

The room was genuinely spacious, which is not something you can take for granted in a city center hotel. Modern furnishings, a comfortable bed, and no signs of wear anywhere.
Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout the stay, and the air conditioning kept up easily even on warmer days.
The bathroom was a standout. Modern fixtures, strong water pressure, and noticeably more space than most hotel bathrooms at this level. If you want to check current rates and availability, this is the kind of room that justifies the price point.
Food & Drink

The restaurant was one of the clear highlights of the stay. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and the kind of spread that makes you want to linger.
For dinner, the kitchen delivered well above what you would expect from hotel dining, especially in a city where the food scene sets a high bar. Staff gave solid recommendations when we asked.
Service throughout the restaurant was attentive without being overbearing, which matched the tone of the rest of the stay.
Facilities & Amenities
The Noa Hotel keeps its amenities focused rather than sprawling. We did not get the chance to check the spa or gym facilities on this visit, so we cannot speak to those directly.
What we did experience, from the lobby to the room to the restaurant, was consistent. Clean, modern, and well-maintained throughout.

The hotel’s location puts you within walking distance of most of central Thessaloniki’s highlights, from the White Tower to Aristotelous Square to the Ladadika district right next door.

Getting There & Practical Info
Getting there: Thessaloniki Airport (SKG) is about 15 km from the city center, roughly a 20 to 30 minute drive depending on traffic. You can arrange an airport transfer in advance, or if you are still planning flights, compare flight options here.
Check-in / Check-out: Standard hotel times apply. Confirm directly with the hotel for exact hours.
Parking: This is the one thing to plan for. There is no drop-off space directly outside the hotel, and parking on the boulevard out front is not permitted. The process is to check in first, get a parking card from reception, then move your car to a nearby paid lot the hotel works with. Rates are listed at around 15 EUR per day, though it was offered to us free of charge. If you are arriving by car, factor this extra step into your arrival plan.
Pet policy: Contact the hotel directly to confirm.
Who It’s For
If you are arriving by plane, train, or bus and want to be in the middle of everything Thessaloniki has to offer, the Noa Hotel is one of the strongest options in the city center. The spacious rooms, excellent bathroom, and standout food make it easy to recommend.
If you are driving and parking convenience is a priority, this is still a very good hotel, just go in knowing the check-in and parking routine ahead of time.
