First Impressions & Overview
From the second we pulled up, the “wow” factor was high. The hotel feels like it’s floating in the mountains. The air is incredibly crisp, and the atmosphere is immediately relaxing. The check-in was smooth, and the staff’s professionalism made us feel right at home. It’s a place that perfectly balances a modern hotel feel with the raw beauty of the Vitosha nature park.
Location & Accessibility
The location is simply unique. Situated on the road to the Kladnitsa Monastery, you are literally surrounded by nature. There are plenty of walking trails right at your doorstep, making it a dream for anyone who loves a good mountain stroll. It’s far enough from the city to feel like a different world, but close enough for a quick weekend escape.

The Room
We stayed in a Deluxe Room, and “spacious” doesn’t even begin to cover it! The layout is open and airy, but the absolute highlight was the unique view. Waking up to the mountain peaks right outside your window is something we could never get tired of. Everything was impeccably clean and the beds were super comfortable – perfect for a deep, mountain-air sleep.

Food & Drink
The dining experience was another high point. The food in the restaurant is excellent—really high quality and very tasty. While the prices in the restaurant are a bit on the higher side, the quality of the ingredients and the overall flavor definitely justify it. It’s worth every lev for a nice dinner with a view!

Facilities & Amenities
The pool area is absolutely lovely, especially because you can look out at nature while you swim. It feels very connected to the outdoors. However, the spa area (the sauna and steam bath) is quite small. On busy days (like Friday to Sunday), we found that the spa capacity doesn’t quite match the number of guests, so you might have to wait a little for your turn in the sauna.
